Salad means many different things to each person. When I speak to clients I delve deeply into every detail of “salad” on their food diary… Typical English salad is iceberg lettuce, cucumber and tomato….⠀
⠀
📚Oxford English Dictionary: “A cold dish of various mixtures of raw or cooked vegetables, usually seasoned with oil, vinegar, or other dressing and sometimes accompanied by meat, fish, or other ingredients. 'a green salad' “⠀

🥕Raw vegetables in salad are amazing. Full of colour, flavours and vitamins. I encourage you to think outside the box when it comes to salad! I love this salad with a rainbow of colour from raw chopped carrots, sugar snap peas, red cabbage.
