What Is Included:

  • Total Support for a minimum of 3 months
     

  • Transform Nutrition begins with a 90 mins Initial Consultation where I will take a full case history: review food intake, medical history, understand how every system in the body is working right now, discuss and agree goals.

  • I will email your Personalised Nutrition Plan within a few hours of our initial consultation, taking into account all your goals, available time, work, lifestyle,  confidence in the kitchen and health concerns. This will be accompanied by a number of appropriate recipes that I have created and tested, all of which are Simple. Delicious. Nutritious.

  • 12 Weekly Meetings for 30 mins, during which time I provide you with educational information about different aspects of nutrition that we will work through and integrate into your food intake (see below*).

    • Together we will decide on measurable indicators to ensure that progress is being made

    • Food diary review and Goal Setting every week will help you prioritise what to focus on for the week ahead.

    • Clear bullet points of what we agree will be emailed to you within a couple of hours

    • Sessions begin as weekly meetings and gradually may move to fortnightly as you become more confident in the process. I will always aim to be flexible to fit in with your work schedule and holiday periods. 
       

  • The process of change takes time, but through consistency and support there is Behaviour Change, the foundation of transformation

  • Full Accountability. Having someone to be accountable to each week provides the backbone of this package. This is a key part of transformation, you are not doing this alone, but will be supported by myself, a nutritional professional, who will guide you and help transform the choices you make, over the course of the programme​

  • If necessary I will recommend supplements and testing, depending on your budget and goals.

  • Ongoing Support throughout the time we are working together through WhatsApp, text, emails.

  • If Weight Loss is your goal, my Transform Package supports this at a steady rate creating long term results that eliminate yo-yo and fad dieting once and for all

  • A cookery class can teach you what you need to know to make this programme work for you.

  • Kitchen detox: I will spend 3 hours with you, doing a kitchen declutter - an invaluable way to set you up to make better choices

  • Provide menu plans based around your needs: I am able to put together a detailed weekly plan which can be especially helpful if you have food intolerances or allergies, or very specific food requirements, or just require more support.
