⠀✨Recipe: Quick Homemade Pizza✨⠀



👍If you are waking up this morning wondering what the hell to make everyone for lunch today and you’re trying to work and juggle home schooling why not try this out!⠀

👍It’s fun, interesting, easy and guaranteed everyone will love it⠀

👍Pastry is a great ingredient to keep in the freezer too, can be taken out when you wake up and then used for lunch. Plus lots of store cupboard ingredients in jars and tins.⠀

✨Recipe: Quick Homemade Pizza✨⠀

1⃣Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Roll pastry out as per packet instruction. Place on a greased baking tray.⠀

2⃣Use a tasty base for the pizza, spread thinly over the pastry, such as: ⠀

✨3 tbsp of pesto: coriander, basil, sun-dried tomato⠀

✨OR homemade tomato sauce (out the freezer!) ⠀

✨OR freshly chopped tomatoes + some caramelised onions⠀

3⃣On top of the sauce add such things as:⠀

✨A tin of anchovies, flaked tin of tuna, pancetta, chorizo ⠀

✨Sliced olives, artichoke hearts (from a tin or jar) ⠀

✨A few asparagus spears, spinach (fresh or frozen)or rocket⠀

✨Fresh tomatoes sliced, sweetcorn from freezer or tin⠀

✨Dried oregano, fresh basil, thinly sliced spring onion, ⠀

4⃣Finish off with:⠀

✨Grated parmesan or crumbled feta or shredded mozzarella ⠀

✨Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on top + some ground black pepper⠀

5⃣Place in the oven for 15-20 mins until pastry cooked and golden⠀
