  • Each week I will send you new information that covers key areas of nutrition (details below).
  • We will focus on improving and upgrading your nutrition in a step by step process
  • With the use of an online food diary I will help you to make better choices. I will have access to this and will give you example diaries and menus that you can easily integrate into your life
  • Weekly conference calls create accountability. This is a key part of transformation, you are not doing this alone, but will be supported by a nutritional professional who will guide you and help transform the choices you make, over the course of the programme
What the programme includes:
  • This programme runs over 3 months
  • All programmes begin with an initial 90 mins consultation either at my clinic or via a conference call. I will take a full case history, review your food intake, discuss goals, and put together a nutritional plan that is entirely personalised to your needs.
  • Everything I do with you will take into account your goals, available time, work, lifestyle,  confidence in the kitchen and health concerns
  • 8 x 30 mins weekly online sessions. Here I will provide you with educational information about different aspects of nutrition which we will work through and integrate into your food intake (see below*). There will always be a food diary review and goals set for the coming week
  • A final consultation to ensure there is a sustainable future plan
  • Ongoing phone support throughout the programme
  • A follow up phone call one month after the programme has officially finished to check in and review how you are getting on

  • Kitchen detox: I will spend 3 hours with you, doing a kitchen declutter - an invaluable way to set you up to make better choices
  • Provide menu plans based around your needs: I am able to put together a detailed weekly plan which can be especially helpful if you have food intolerances or allergies, or very specific food requirements, or just require more support.
