Savoury pancakes for breakfast and yes they are GREEN!!
Very large handful / half a bag of spinach
About 20 -30 walnuts
Tablespoon of parmesan (or more if you like it cheesier)
Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast (for added B12)
Blend ingredients together. Then cook in coconut oil or ghee in a hot pan.
Unlike other pancakes you might make, these have no milk, no flour: gluten free 😇
Full of incredible nutrition - you will feel a million dollars when you send your kids off to school having eaten these.
And you will feel pretty healthy and wholesome if you have them for your breakfast too!!
Really tasty, very light, super easy, can be made the night before and then cooked in the morning.
Great if you want to get more veggies or nuts into your kids - walnuts are particularly fabulous for brain health. Loads of protein in there with the eggs🍳
They just need a few minutes cooking each side - turn carefully. The trick is not to have too many in the pan at once.
