💥HEALTHY “FAKEAWAY”💥⠀⠀

⠀⠀

Yearning for a taste of something different this weekend? Why not make yourself this delicious, simple sweet and sour dish 😋⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀

🍚You can use noodles or rice instead of quinoa. And any vegetables you have are great, although the addition of pineapple is really important and worth a try! Of course if you don’t want to use tofu replace with any protein of your choice, but this is a nice way to eat tofu and so easy.⠀⠀⠀

💕Tofu is high in phytoestrogens which are incredible medicinal food for supporting hormone balance in women. Especially great for perimenopause or menopause💕 ⠀⠀⠀
