⚠All disease or chronic illness means there is inflammation in the body. In fact there are very few adults who won’t have some inflammatory issues, whether from lifestyle, toxicity, illness, digestive issues, weight management, or diet related. ⠀

❗Consuming foods daily, that help reduce inflammation is a really fabulous way to support your body to optimal health. Omega 3 fats are one fantastic source of food that helps reduce inflammation, including predominantly oily fish, but also chia and flax seeds. ⠀

✨Or why not try this Turmeric Latte, also known as Golden Milk. A delicious alternative to coffee or tea and a gorgeous warm drink, beautiful yellow colour, enough to cheer up anyone on a cold winter’s day! The beauty of this is that as a drink it is very easy to have daily as a delicious afternoon or evening drink. Highly recommend you make the paste and then get into the habit of a daily cup of delicious goodness! ⠀

👉Turmeric Paste.
1/2 cup organic turmeric⠀⠀
1 tsp organic black pepper (help absorption of curcumin)⠀⠀
1tsp cinnamon⠀⠀
1 tsp ginger powder⠀⠀
½ cup coconut oil⠀⠀
1 3/4 cups filtered water⠀⠀
⠀⠀
*Combine all ingredients in a saucepan & heat over a medium heat, whisking frequently. ⠀⠀
*Bring to the boil & let it boil for 10 mins, continuing to stir frequently.⠀⠀
*The mixture should be quite thick by now. Turn off & leave to cool.⠀⠀
*Spoon into a glass jar store in fridge.⠀

👉Golden Milk:⠀
1 tsp turmeric paste ⠀⠀
1/2 cup of non dairy milk
*Combine, heat, mix, drink.
