
Made this last night for a dinner party. Had to share as although there were a few parts to it, each one was simple and definitely possible for anyone to make.

✨Teriyaki salmon⠀
✨Crispy baked tofu ⠀

🐟Salmon: brush with teriyaki and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 mins⠀

🍘Tofu: pat dry, marinade in teriyaki, coat in cornflour, bake for 30 mins⠀

🥦Broccoli: rub with sesame oil, griddle until soft and lightly charred. Add a little soya sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds ⠀

🥒Cucumber: thinly slice 1 cucumber and quarter red onion, roast handful of peanuts and crush, red chilli, 1tsp each of mirin, sesame oil, light soya sauce, lime, sugar⠀

🥬🥕Thai salad: Chinese cabbage, peeled carrot, spring onion, mange tout, baby corn, mint, coriander, papaya, black sesame seeds. Juice of 1 lime, sesame oil, mirin, soya sauce. ⠀

🥥Coconut rice: 1 cup Thai sticky rice, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup water, 2 kefir lime leaves (optional but worth it) ⠀
