⁣🍁Autumnal Breakfast ⠀



Do you have a variety of breakfasts or is it the one meal of the day that is normally the same? Can you imagine if you had the same thing for lunch or dinner every day? For optimal health it is great to have a few go-to breakfasts to ensure variety.⠀

Variety is one of THE most important things I teach my clients. To keep food interesting and inspired but also because every food has its own unique makeup of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, macronutrients.⠀

🥥Today for breakfast I kept things simple with a coconut kefir@coyo_uk, a compote made with apples, pears and blueberries and some chia seeds sprinkled on top.⠀

🍏The compote was literally fruit chopped, a handful of frozen blueberries (you could use any other berry) in a pan with a tiny bit of water (you can add juice of an orange too), and simmered for a few minutes. ⠀

🍒Add whatever fruits or flavours you are in the mood for: blackberries, frozen cherries, apricot, plums, cinnamon, clove, orange zest. ⠀
