  • This 3 week course provides straightforward, simple ideas and information that you can translate directly into your buying and cooking of food.

  • I will guide and support you during our time together to make the changes that will help improve the health of your family.

  • I will put some focus on HOW you feed your family, not just WHAT you feed them
