Foods provide the energy and building blocks to construct and maintain every cell in our body in a balanced way.

When a person is out of balance, symptoms begin to show that can indicate a problem and ill health may be experienced.


Consuming healthy foods and eliminating detrimental ones can help to prevent or alleviate acute and chronic conditions and maintain balance. What this means is different for each person but at the heart of my philosophy is balance & variety based on a whole food diet. Whole foods can be defined as one ingredient, which means the food is recognisable, something someone, somewhere has grown or reared: rice, apples, broccoli, parsley, garlic, salmon…
