What you will gain from this package:

  • I will work with you every week to plan your menu and look at every member of the family and what their needs are. 
  • If needs be, I will meet other members of the family - we will work out together if this is important to make the package work
  • With the use of an online food diary I will help you to make better choices. I will have access to this and will give you example diaries and menus that you can easily integrate into your life

What the programme includes:
  • This is an intense programme that runs over 6 weeks
  • All programmes begin with an initial 90 mins consultation either at my clinic or via a conference call. I will take a full case history of the whole family, review your food intake, talk about the family dynamic, discuss goals, and put together a nutritional plan that is entirely personalised to your family.
  • Everything I do with you will take into account your goals, available time, work, lifestyle,  confidence in the kitchen and specific concerns with regard to the child / children
  • Weekly conference calls allow me to guide and support you. This is a key part of transformation, you are not doing this alone. I will talk to you twice a week for the first 3 weeks of the programme, for up to 30 mins, to ensure you are able to implement the food plan we have discussed and work through issues that arise. 
  • The following 3 weeks we will speak once a week, following the same format, of guidance and ideas based around the nutrition plan.
  • During our phone calls I will cover important areas of nutritional information as laid out below * 
  • After each time we talk I will email you with some new ideas, recipes, meals.
  • A final consultation at my clinic to ensure there is a sustainable future plan, using all the information you have learnt
  • Ongoing phone support throughout the programme
  • A follow up phone call one month after the programme has officially finished to check in and review how you are getting on

Optional Extras:
  • A cookery class can teach you what you need to know to make this programme work for you.
  • Kitchen detox: I will spend 3 hours with you, doing a kitchen declutter - an invaluable way to set you up to make better choices
  • Provide menu plans based around your needs: I am able to put together a detailed weekly plan which can be especially helpful if you have food intolerances or allergies, or very specific food requirements, or just require more support.
